Assemble the cups. In each serving cup, add a layer of crushed Oreo crumbs at the bottom, followed by a layer of the pudding-cream mixture, then a layer of chopped Oreo chunks. Repeat the layers until the cup is full, finishing with a layer of the creamy mixture on top.
6 Chill. Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours, or until fully set and chilled.
7 Top and serve. Just before serving, sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreo crumbs and a few cookie pieces on top of each cup.

Note
You can swap the vanilla pudding for chocolate pudding if you want a richer, more chocolate-forward version. For an extra layer of flavor, drizzle a little melted chocolate or caramel sauce between the layers. If you're short on time, this recipe can be made in one large trifle dish instead of individual cups just increase the chill time slightly since the layers will be thicker.
